GETTING STARTED IN RADIO...Ok, so, here are some things you might like to know about me. I grew up along the Jersey Shore, and trust me, we’re NOTHING like Snookie or JWow! My family moved to North Carolina back in the late 80s to a little town called Goldston-located right in the middle of the state. Goldston is the home of Charlie Daniels by the way-our little claim to fame.I started off in college with my career focus in education, I wanted to be a teacher. I was told by my father I needed to have a job where I could talk for hours without anyone having to talk back to interrupt me. I enrolled in broadcasting the following semester.My first on air job was as a morning show co-host on a small radio station in Kinston, NC, and there began my wonderful career in broadcasting. I love my job and it amazes me every day that they pay me to play around all day-CRAZY!!!!!!!!!PERSONAL…I’m happily married to my college sweetheart. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not all rainbows and butterflies…there are plenty of downs, but, the ups far outweigh everything else. The center of our universe would be our two children Jaden & Julia. They are our world, they know it, and they use it against us! I honestly believe you can’t know true love until you are a parent. It’s like giving your heart feet and letting it walk around on its own. There are no words to describe that kind of love. Ok, I’m getting all mushy here!

Favorite Television Show: Can’t narrow it down-of all time, “Seinfeld”, currently “Modern Family”, “Suits”, and of course AMC’s “The Walking Dead”-I’m totally ready for the zombie apocalypse!
Favorite Movie: No question “It’s A Wonderful Life”. I watch it every Christmas, and I cry every time.Favorite
